Project Definition and Goals
Our customer is a multi-national company specializing in high-tech test and measurement equipment. It is important that our customer finds out more about what topics its target customer segments (both end customer and reseller) are interested in. This can be achieved by e-Campaigns in B2B and B2C campaigns. Once interest is established, this information can be passed to the direct and indirect sales channels as potential sales opportunities. We are responsible for the complete process from Newsletter creation (Layout, Design, Content, Localization) to mailing and reporting using Business Intelligence Tools and transfer to Marketing and Sales Tools, for example CRM.
